In 2006, brothers Jared and Joe Killpack created a business plan contemplating their vision for a Wyoming based Construction Company. The Company would be built around core family values, ethics honesty and credibility. The plan was submitted to the University of Wyoming and was compared to multiple business plans submitted. Jared and Joe were awarded first place and $10,000 reflecting the University’s appreciation for the thought and detail outlined in their plan.
This was the genesis of New Peak Construction Company. Currently, the Company operates in several Wyoming market places including Green River/Rock Springs, Laramie and Jackson Hole, and is expanding into Colorado. The Company develops and constructs quality projects in the single/multi-family market, and is an experienced builder of small medical and commercial offices as well. New Peak’s attention to detail has resulted in their ability to excel in the production and custom-building marketplace by utilizing state of the art techniques, eco-friendly and efficient products, designs and sustained relationships with their supplier and trade base.
The brother’s focus on production and growth reflects the core values in business that are so rare in today’s market. The result is a family owned and operated Company that continues double digit growth year after year. The key to their success; honesty, ethical business practices and doing what they say they will do, on time and on budget.

Step 1
Every build regardless of size, price or design begins with getting to know our Client and their needs. NPCC establishes a relationship with each Client because we understand that successful projects rely on clearly establishing the expectations and specific goals for each build. In addition, understanding our processes and procedures generates the trust required between a Client and their Builder.
Step 2
With an understanding of the Client’s needs, plans will either be drawn or reviewed so that NPCC can identify and communicate the financial requirements related to each project. This includes preliminary budgets and timeframes that will drive the project, creating a clear and concise path forward for NPCC and the Client.
Step 3
Approved plans in hand, NPCC begins construction utilizing the best technology in the industry to track and communicate every aspect of the build. This ensures that we build on time and on budget. We have long term successful relationships with our Partners, suppliers and trades that benefit our projects in pricing, timing and quality of the finished product.
Step 4
NPCC takes great pride in the delivery of your new home or office. Prior to closing, we conduct a walkthrough with each Client generating a punch list of any items to be completed prior to closing. We understand that our business is built on referrals from happy owners, and take every measure possible to make certain New Peak Construction Company is your builder of choice for generations to come.
